Privacy Policy

First: What information is obtained?

1. Personal information, such as: (Name - Mobile number - Email - Address).
2. The nature of the electronic platform may impose some information related to cookies to facilitate the interaction between (ZHEED) and the user.

Second: Is information shared?

1. Naturally, (ZHEED) does not broadcast information to third parties, but rather deals with this information in a way that preserves user privacy, with the aim of improving quality and facilitating use, or to execute and complete orders, or to raise the efficiency of the store and sales.
2. (ZHEED) seeks to maintain the safety of users - in the event of noticing any irregular or illegal activity carried out by the user - the competent authorities may be informed after consulting with a private lawyer.

أولا: ما هي المعلومات التي يتم الحصول عليها؟

2. قد تفرض طبیعة المنصة الإلكترونیة بعض المعلومات المتعلقة بملفات الإرتباط "الكوكیز" وذلك لتسهيل التعامل بین (ZHEED) والمستخدم.

ثانياً: هل يتم مشاركة المعلومات؟

1. بطبیعة الحال فإن (ZHEED) لا يبث المعلومات للغير ، وإنما يتعامل مع هذه المعلومات بما یحفظ خصوصیة المستخدم، وبهدف تحسين الجودة وتسهيل الإستخدام أو لتنفيذ وإكمال الطلبات أو لرفع كفاءة المتجر والمبيعات.
2. يسعى (ZHEED) للحفاظ على سلامة المستخدمین – ففي حال ملاحظة أي نشاط غیر نظامي أو غیر شرعي یقوم به المستخدم – فإنه قد يتم إبلاغ الجهات المختصة بعد التشاور مع محامي خاص.

ثالثاً: ما مدى أمان سریة المعلومات؟

1. يعمل (ZHEED) على بقاء سریة المعلومات والبيانات الخاصة بالمستخدمین ولا يخالف أحكام وقواعد سياسة الخصوصية. ولكن نظراً؛ لعدم إمكانیة ضمان ذلك 100% عبر وسائل الشبكة العنكبوتية الإنترنت فإن فریق عمل (ZHEED) ینّوه بما یلي:
   • أن المستخدم مسؤول عن جمیع المعلومات الخاصة به وأن لا یطلع علیها أحد بما یخالف الشروط والأحكام والسياسة المعمول بها على المتجر الإلكتروني. ولن نكون بأي حال من الأحوال مسؤولين عن أي خسارة أو ضرر يلحق بأي مستخدم بشكل مباشر أو غیر مباشر معنویاً أو مادیاً نتیجة كشفه لمعلومات حسابه.
   • أن يلتزم المستخدم بالجدیة والمصداقیة. وأن يستخدم الحساب أو العضويه بنفسه. ويجب عليه الإبلاغ حالاً عن أي إستخدام غیر مفوض به. وفي حال إستخدم غیره حسابه أو عضويته فهذه قرینة على أنه قد فوّضه بالإستخدام.
   • أن المعلومات محمية عن طریق "خوادم/سیرفرات" محمیة بموجب أنظمة الحمایة الإلكترونیة "بنظام برمجي/Software" المعمول به على منصة المتجر.
   • أن شبكة الإنترنت لا یمكن ضمانها 100% لما قد یطرأ من حوادث وأعطال تقنية على أنظمة الحمایة الإلكترونیة وعلى جدران الحمایة المعمول بها، فإننا في (ZHEED) ننصح ونوصي المستخدمین بالحفاظ على معلوماتهم بسریة تامة، وعدم إفشاء أي معلومات یراها المستخدم هامة جداً بالنسبة له، وهذا حرصاً منَّا في تنويه وإرشاد المستخدمین.

رابعاً: هل هناك طرف ثالث في العلاقة بین (ZHEED) والمستخدم؟

1. يعمل (ZHEED) مع شركاء موردين ومقدمي خدمات لوجستية وخدمات الشحن والتوصيل كطرف ثالث وذلك لتنفيذ وإتمام طلبات المستخدم فإنه؛ في حال إختار وتقدّم المستخدم لطلب منتج أو خدمة فذلك إقرار بعلمه التام والنافي للجهالة، بأنه يمنح تصريح وتخويل وإذن كامل وتام بتزويد (الطرف الثالث) بالمعلومات الضرورية لإكمال وتنفيذ الطلب وتسليمه.
2. يتم تشغيل (ZHEED) على منصة سلّة ، وتقدم هذه المنصة خدمات التطوير والإستضافة للمتجر الإلكتروني عبر الشبكة العنكبوتية (الإنترنت)، ويمكن للمستخدم الإطلاع وقراءة سياسة الخصوصية المعمول بها في منصة سلة https://salla.com/privacy/
3. لا يطلع (ZHEED) على أي معلومات أو بيانات مالية للمستخدم، وما يسجله ويقدمه المستخدم من معلومات تكون مباشرة عبر بوابات الدفع الآمنة على الإنترنت المتوفرة على منصة سلة ، وفي حال مواجهة مشكلة في عملية الدفع الإلكتروني، يرجى زيارة الرابط https://complaint.salla.sa

خامساً: قواعد وأحكام الإستخدام:

إن جمیع إلتزامات (ZHEED)، وجمیع إلتزامات المستخدمین، وجمیع الحقوق الواردة في العلاقة بین (ZHEED) و المستخدم أو المستهلك أو المستفيد، موجودة على المتجر الإلكتروني، وقد وضعت سیاسة الخصوصیة لضمان المصداقية والثقة التي يحرص (ZHEED) على توفیرها للمستخدمین.
